
As we come to the end of the first month of 2025, I’ve been reflecting on the last few weeks - navigating grief after the recent loss of my incredible Dad and recovering from leg surgery and flu, juggling building work the list goes! But, despite these life events, this year I’ve chosen joy as my focus. It’s not about ignoring challenges but finding light in the everyday moments that nurture our minds, bodies, and souls. I want to invite you to join me in making this year one of intentional wellness and vibrant living.
