We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your full health picture including sleep, stress, digestion, hormones, energy, symptoms, lifestyle, and history. We use targeted functional testing (including HTMA and CGM), alongside food, energy, and mood tracking, to identify patterns and root contributors.
This stage provides direction and removes guesswork.
Regulate
Next, we focus on stabilising the system.

Through nourishment, nervous system support, and reducing hidden stressors, we help your body move out of constant threat or depletion and into a more responsive, regulated state.

This creates the conditions for meaningful change.
Rebuild
