Passionate about all things wellbeing, I am more than just a health coach and wellness therapist; I am your beacon of hope, dedicated to reigniting your inner spark and guiding you towards a life of vitality and wellbeing. With over 20 years of nursing expertise, lecturing, and holistic therapies, I bring a wealth of knowledge and personal insight to my practice.

In this crazy thing called life, I know how precious and special we all are - I've personally faced my own health battles having suffered from stress, burnout, emotional eating and weight issues and I understand first-hand how tough and challenging it can be navigating life’s obstacles.  My areas of expertise include stress resilience, energy optimisation, nutrition, and family health.

Throughout my career, I have worked in specialist Children’s Hospitals in both the U.K and New Zealand, offering support and guidance to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. As a university lecturer, I have inspired future generations of nurses, shaped innovative research, and curriculum to transform our approach to health. In 2018, I launched my own holistic therapy practice, fostering a community of clients who've benefited from my nurturing and empowering touch.

Driven by my belief in the transformative power of holistic therapies, I have expanded my practice to include health coaching, offering bespoke programmes tailored to each client's unique needs. My mission is to provide a nurturing environment where individuals can nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits, and transform their overall wellbeing.
